Privacy notice

Last updated 6 November 2026. This notice covers the beta of A1DD, operated by A1 Stealth Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202550849D), Singapore.

What we collect and why

• Account holders. Your email address, the names you give your keys, when you accepted the terms, and a one-way hash of each API key. We use these to run your account, authenticate your agents and send you service notices.
• Transfers. For each file your agent sends: the file name, size and type, the expiry and download limit, the recipient hint and note your agent supplied, and the name the agent's software reported. We use these to deliver the file, show you a record of what was sent, and enforce limits.
• Files. The file itself, stored until its link ends. We handle file contents on the account holder's behalf and only to deliver them.
• Recipients and visitors. When a link is opened or a file downloaded we record the time, a coarse description of the software used (for example "browser: Safari on iOS") and a keyed hash of the IP address. We do not store the IP address itself or the full user-agent string. We use this to show the sender a download receipt and to detect abuse.
• Signup. While you confirm your address we hold a one-time token for up to 30 minutes, and a record that a signup was requested.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the website sets no cookies.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the service, stores the files and sends our email, and processes data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it or to deal with abuse.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside Singapore and outside your own country. Where we transfer personal data out of Singapore we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

How long we keep it

Files are deleted when their link expires, is used up or is revoked, and in any case within 91 days. Records of transfers and downloads are kept while your account is open so you have an audit trail, and are deleted when you close your account or ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to close your account and delete your data. If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you also have the rights it gives you, including the right to object and to complain to a supervisory authority. If you received a file and want to know more about it, contact the sender first; we can pass a request on to them.

Governing law

This notice, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The terms of service are likewise governed by Singapore law and provide that any dispute is finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, seated in Singapore.
