Last updated 6 November 2026. These terms cover the beta of A1DD.
A1DD ("the service") is operated by A1 Stealth Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202550849D), a company incorporated in Singapore ("we", "us"). The service lets software agents you control upload a file and receive a link through which another person can download it. By creating an API key or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" means that organisation.
The service is offered for use in the course of business. If you are acting as a consumer, do not use it.
The service is a beta. It is provided as it is and as available, without any commitment on uptime, support or continuity. We may change, limit, suspend or end it at any time. Keep your own copies of anything you send.
You are responsible for everything done with your API keys, including actions taken by an AI agent you gave a key to, whether or not you intended them. Keep keys secret, give each agent its own key, and tell us promptly if a key is exposed. You must give a working email address and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
You keep all rights in the files you send. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you. Files are deleted when their link expires, reaches its download limit or is revoked, allowing a short period for clean-up. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest on our provider's systems, but they are not encrypted end to end, and anyone who holds a live link can download the file. Do not send material that requires stronger protection than that.
We do not routinely inspect file contents. We may access a file where needed to investigate abuse, to keep the service secure or to comply with the law.
You must not use the service, or let your agents use it, to:
We may remove content, disable links, revoke keys and suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities.
The beta is free and subject to the usage limits shown on the website, which we may change. If we introduce paid plans, the prices and terms will be shown before you are asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data about you. For personal data inside the files and notes you send, you decide the purpose and means of the processing and we act only on your behalf, as a data intermediary under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore and as a processor under other data protection laws where they apply. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied; we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
You will compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from the files you or your agents send, or from your breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access at any time, with notice where that is practical. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 14 continue to apply afterwards.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email account holders about changes that matter. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
